Welcome to Everyday Alignment
A way home to yourself.
Many people arrive here because something hurts. Their body feels tense, reactive, exhausted, or unpredictable. They may have tried treatments, practices, or strategies. Some helped. Some didn’t. Often what remains is a quiet confusion: Why am I still uncomfortable if I’m doing so much right? Why does relief come and go? Why does my system feel overwhelmed or flat at the same time?
Everyday Alignment begins with a simple understanding: pain is not always a problem to solve. Sometimes it’s a sign that the body hasn’t finished processing what it has been carrying. This work is grounded in Digested Living — a body-based way of understanding pain, stress, and misalignment as experiences that move through us and need time, safety, and pacing to metabolize.
When the body is given the right conditions:
-
pain often softens instead of being forced away
-
tension unwinds gradually
-
the nervous system settles
-
life feels more livable from the inside
This work doesn’t stop at relief. As digestion completes, people often notice changes in how they relate, how they make decisions, and how steady they feel in daily life.
Nothing here asks you to push through. Nothing asks you to believe in a system or idea. This is a place to slow down and listen. Let what feels steady guide your next step.

Metabolic Method
A simple way of understanding how real change happens in the body. The Metabolic Method describes the natural order through which the nervous system settles and offers orientation, not instruction. It names what the body already knows and when these rhythms are respected, relief tends to be steadier and change less disruptive.

The Clinic
A place for hands-on, relational care when the body is in pain or overwhelmed. The Clinic supports people dealing with physical discomfort, chronic tension, nervous system strain, and symptoms that haven’t resolved through effort alone. Care is focused on helping the body feel safe enough to settle, process, and change.

Digested Living
Writing for people who sense they’re carrying more than they can name. Digested Living explores pain, stress, identity, and alignment through the lens of emotional and physiological digestion. Nothing here asks you to fix yourself. It’s a place to recognize what’s unfinished, and let it soften.
